Angela F. Gonzales is an associate attorney at Cross Border Law Group, P.C.
Ms. Gonzales’s practice includes international and domestic real estate transactions, cross-border corporate restructuring and formation, international secured lending, and foreign investment. Ms. Gonzales also works closely with clients to obtain international title insurance policies. In addition to these international transactions, Ms. Gonzales also advises business start-ups and non-profits in corporate formation and structuring.
As a law student Ms. Gonzales was a research assistant for Prof. Jorge G. Vargas, an expert on the Mexican legal system. Her tasks included researching Mexican real estate and environmental law and the application of Mexican law in the United States.
Ms. Gonzales is a San Diego native and is fluent in Spanish.
