Juan E. Zúñiga founded Cross Border Law Group, P.C., in 2007.
Mr. Zúñiga’s practice includes representation of clients in domestic, international and cross-border transactions such as foreign investment, international joint ventures, overseas distribution, foreign trade and commerce, tax and establishment of subsidiary operations internationally. Additionally, Mr. Zúñiga has extensive experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions as well as investments and financings.
Prior to founding Cross Border Law Group, P.C., Mr. Zúñiga was Special Counsel with Heller Ehrman where he practiced real estate, corporate and international business law. Mr. Zúñiga was also an associate with Baker and McKenzie in San Diego, California where he practiced international corporate law. Prior to that Mr. Zuñiga practiced law in Los Angeles, California for five years.
In 1998, Mr. Zúñiga was recognized by California Law Business as among the “Top 20 up-and-coming Attorneys under 40 Years Old” in California. Alas, Mr. Zuñiga no longer qualifies for this distinction as he is no longer “under 40 Years Old”.
Mr. Zúñiga is fluent in Spanish.
